Order Tracking Help & FAQs
Tracking numbers are assigned immediately when your parcel is packed at our fulfillment warehouse. Please allow 12 to 24 hours for the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to complete their initial barcode intake scan at the local sorting facility.
Your order number is displayed on the order confirmation screen right after checkout, and is also clearly noted in your order confirmation email (e.g. #BC-10482).
Occasionally, couriers scan packages slightly ahead of physical drop-off. Please check around your porch, building lobby, or with neighbors. If it still does not appear within 24 hours, contact us immediately and we will investigate with the carrier or dispatch a free replacement.
